When we purchased this collection of properties in 1985, we envisioned an opportunity to create a rare combination of classical elegance and modern efficiency in the very center of the CBD. The result was a luxury complex that has enjoyed a vacancy rate of less than 1% for the past 20 years.
These exceptional late-19th Century buildings were completely renovated, including floor slabs, elevators and upgraded HVAC. Our creative and progressive approach to the renovation enabled the addition of two floors to the property and was the first example of "contrasting addition" in Geneva. A second renovation and upgrade was completed on the lobbies, elevators and security features from 2004-2006.
